1. Core materials and processes
Material selection:
The pool body is made of high-strength galvanized steel plate, and a uniform anti-corrosion layer is formed through hot-dip galvanizing process, significantly improving the corrosion resistance performance.
Molding process:
Using imported high-precision coiling equipment for processing to ensure shape stability during the steel plate coiling process.
The longitudinal seam adopts mechanical interlocking technology, combined with sealing treatment, to ensure the continuity and sealing of the structure.
Strictly control the geometric dimension deviation of the pool body to meet the roundness and perpendicularity requirements of engineering design.
2. Structural performance guarantee
Full water condition verification:
At the maximum design water level, the load-bearing capacity and deformation control effect of the pool body are verified through structural analysis to ensure long-term safe operation.
Anti permeability design:
The joint area is reinforced with high-performance sealing materials to prevent liquid leakage.
A flexible connection structure is set between the pool body and the foundation to adapt to small deformations of the foundation and avoid stress concentration.
3. Quality control
Process detection: Advanced measurement technology is used to monitor the size of the pool body throughout the entire process to ensure machining accuracy.
Acceptance requirements: Strictly inspect the welds, anti-corrosion coatings, and overall structure in accordance with industry standards to ensure project quality.
