Product Introduction
The synergistic anaerobic digestion and treatment project (EPC+O) for kitchen waste, municipal sludge, and feces in Anyang Vein Industry Park is a provincial key construction project and a municipal key livelihood project. The project has a designed processing capacity of 200 tons/day for kitchen waste (including 20 tons/day of gutter oil), 400 tons/day for municipal sludge, and 100 tons/day for feces. The daily processing capacity is 700 tons, and the annual processing capacity can reach 255500 tons.
The project adopts the "pretreatment+combined wet anaerobic digestion" process. Kitchen waste, municipal sludge, and feces are pretreated separately in the pretreatment workshop after passing through the logistics channel. The resulting slurry is mixed in a homogenization tank and pumped to the anaerobic tank. After 28 days of medium temperature anaerobic fermentation, the generated biogas can be used for thermal circulation throughout the plant. The biogas residue can be used as soil for landscaping after dehydration and drying, and the biogas slurry can be discharged in compliance with standards after being treated by the plant's sewage treatment system.
