1. Project Overview
Core facilities: 8 Lip style all steel structure steel plate warehouses, divided into two specifications:
6 buildings with a diameter of 13.5 meters and a height of 22 meters (with a single storage capacity of approximately 3150 cubic meters and a theoretical cement storage capacity of about 5000 tons per building);
Two buildings with a diameter of 12.5 meters and a height of 22 meters (with a single storage capacity of approximately 2700m ³ and a cement storage capacity of approximately 4300 tons per building).
Total reserves: Approximately 38000 tons of cement, meeting the demand for bulk transit.
2. Technical characteristics of Lipu style steel plate warehouse
Spiral biting process: using German Lip technology, on-site spiral biting forming of rolled plates, no welds, strong sealing, excellent moisture resistance.
Structural advantages:
All steel material (usually galvanized steel sheet or carbon steel+anti-corrosion coating), resistant to wind pressure and corrosion, suitable for high salt spray environments along the coast.
Lightweight compared to concrete warehouses, it has lower requirements for dock foundations and saves on infrastructure costs.
3. Transfer function design:
The clear height of the unloading area is relatively high, which meets the requirements for the passage and loading of bulk cement tankers, with the bottom passing through the vehicle, achieving "warehouse to vehicle" direct loading.
Ground hardening treatment to adapt to frequent operations of heavy-duty vehicles.
Support multi database parallel operations, with a daily turnover of over 10000 tons.
4. Logistics connection:
Coastal layout, seamless integration with dock lifting equipment (such as pneumatic unloaders), shortens the transportation distance of cement from ships to warehouses.
Reserved pipeline interface, compatible with multi-mode transportation of ship warehouse vehicle.
5. Safety and Maintenance
According to GB 50077-2017 "Code for Design of Reinforced Concrete Silos", seismic and wind load calculations for steel structures are carried out, and typhoon resistance design is carried out in coastal areas.
The outer wall of the warehouse is equipped with a climbing maintenance ladder, and the interior is equipped with a cleaning robot track interface to reduce maintenance risks.
6. Economy and scalability
Return on investment: Compared to traditional concrete warehouses, it saves construction costs and can be demolished and reused.
Future expansion: Modular design supports adding parallel libraries or upgrading to intelligent warehousing systems.
